Just picked up this gorgeous James Tranter pot.
Don’t know much about him, but the glaze on this pot is beautiful.

Haha. That’s the curse of bonsai.
It’s very hard to not buy more. But as you get older, your taste changes in what you find more beautiful. Same for our trees.
If Pat Kennedy was still selling at club days, I’d be broke.

Totally agree, when I started out I hated round pots because I didn’t understand what trees suited them. Now I kind of love them. Same with glazes, I was all about bright blues and bright greens, now a muted glaze like your one here or even an unglazed for deciduous can be what I gravitate to
