i can tell you that in the mountains, i have never seen natives so twisted.

it's like, if you just picked these trees up and put them into a pot, you would have walter paul's trees, but natives.

the scenery here is magnificent, i urge all who haven't benn here to show up sometime soon :!:

I'd love to come to Tassie again, Aaron, and with great friends to stay with, but too many anchors in Sydney with 3 cats, 1 dog and 80 trees. A great bonsai mate could be coming down mid year and I will definitely pass on your details as well as Will Fletcher's address. She picked up some tube stock, Tassie banksias, when she was there a couple of years ago and the one she gave me is developing very nicely.
