Hi all,
I have a couple of small mugo pines and have noticed the tips are turning white. Does anyone know what this is and what treatment I can give them? I’ve attached a few pics
Thanks for any help

Re: White tips on Mugo Pine
Thanks for the reply! Honestly, it could be either. It’s right near my melaleuca tree which, always has thrips and also, it’s been hot in Perth hitting 40 today so it’s hard to know. Perhaps I’ll move it from so much direct sun and give it a thrip treatment.
Does anyone know what a reliable thrip treatment is? I have David Grays Malathion spray but, that stuff is really toxic and I’m not a fan of using it. Last resort!
Thanks a tonne!
