Lazy sunday arvo

a pic of my feet waiting patiently next to my rod in my Drag line on a magical sunday arvo hoping to catch one of my many large silver perch . would you believe two hours after this photo all hell broke loose with 12mm rain, thumbsize hail and wind at 82km/h . That spring vibe is setting in.

The bugger stole my bait. I only had earth worms and they prefer scrub worms. When the water warms up they will take lures . This was one from 2 years ago . I put them in about 7 years ago as 2cm fingerlings .

And here I was thinking you were doing it tough . The dams full and the grass is green ! Nice photos some days you have to just sit back and feed the fish .

Defiantly fat and healthy so there must be plenty to eat . looking forward to seeing how big they are now 2 years later.

We haven't had a too bad winter here . still below the average year to date but I recorded 463mm since May with 10-15mm expected later on this week so we are looking better then a lot of places for sure .
