It's making sense to keep growing them in the system. Just going to have to bring a goldfish bowl to the bonsai shows.

Re: [squizzy] tristaniopsis laurina
This one is kicking on well. Plenty of options.
One I discussed a the school of bonsai last week. The original idea was a twin trunk with this one. I inspected the roots after the comp started and the trunk splits to high above the nebari so until a month ago I had written the twin trunk design off. However I have just ground layered another water gun with great results and I'm thinking ground layer?????? Is it too much to expect from this poor tree. It would require another procedure this late in the growing season. I am however quitely confident it would handle it. Someone even suggested I put it in a finished pot at the same time by cutting the pot in half!!!!
A few decisions to be made I guess.

So with this one I have made some thought decisions. I contemplated ground layering and having a twin trunk but figured I'd be pushing it to have a result by November. I picked a trunk line and chopped. Job done?
Let's see hey.
