[ANBITA] Ficus sp.
Common Name: Fig
Trained: 1 week (Other than trunk chop about a year ago)
Height: 40 cm
Width:25 cm
Artist: Daniel (dansai)
Where: Mid North Coast, NSW
These two were also from my workplace. Pulled as "weeds" in other plants, they were originally planted together with the curves going in opposite directions, given a quick chop and forgotten. Then I spied them and thought they had developed quite nicely. So last weekend when I was at my market, I took them along and potted them into this beautiful handmade pot, cut a couple of branches and sat back and enjoyed. The lowest back branch will be left for a while to thicken the trunk a bit more. Otherwise it will be just refining the branches, achieving movement through clip and grow rather than wiring.
