Leaves and flowers look like M. parvistaminea but bark does not look right. They are hard to identify unless you are an expert. Where does this plant come from? Looks like a nice one.

Tube stock planted around 2005 and removed around 2009. It’s not one I have worked on much until I sold a lot of my main collection over the past 3 years.
If I’d kept records I would know but that’s no fun

Foliage doesn't look anything like what I have labelled as M. bracteata. Although a quick google didn't give consistent results.
And what I have labelled as such, hs papery bark that goes black readily, rather than the corky bark yours has.

Hi Dansai,
I thought the same thing. As the bark fits the profile I am thinking it may be juvenile foliage or just a variation.
