Forest Oak
Forest oak. This tree was purchased as very young nursery stock and has grown slowly over the intervening years since the late 1980s into a magnificent Australian native bonsai. It is a good example of how, with proper care and skill, Australian natives can become world class bonsai. The amazing bark is a great feature of this species as well as the needle like foliage.
